2,751.12096 miles

Yeah, I am sort of a curious sort. I read a lot of things today. I read about the JFK Assassination, Market Capitalization, Lee Harvey Oswald, Jack Rubenstein (Ruby), Valuing Common Stocks & Bonds, Walt Disney’s financial status in 1985, and deflation.

If you look at DIS (The Walt Disney Company), you will see that the mrkt cap is $40.25 billion dollars. US, of course. So I tried to imagine how high the stack of one dollar bills would have to be if it was all in one stack. This leads me to the number 174,311,024 inches or, 2,751.12096 miles (assuming that the dollar is 0.11 mm thick). This means, if laid down, it would take me about 34 hours from one end to the other. And that’s on a good day.
