I was very tired today, but I finally made myself get up and exercise the brain a bit. I met a friend to go to Plaza Singapura for some Indonesian Chicken (Riverside Indonesian BBQ) AYAM PENGGANG.I know the picture isn't much, but GOODNESS ME IT IS SO DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!
I usually have two pieces of chicken. :(
The chicken is (I think, peeking into the kitchen) boiled and then grilled. The sauce is delicious, and the curry on the rice is great too. I'm not so crazy about the egg/omelet thing but to each his own.
